ScanFlow: PDF Scanner & Cloud takes your privacy seriously. Scanned documents are stored locally on your device by default. Cloud sync is entirely optional and only activated when you choose to enable it.

• Scan and process documents into PDF or image format on your device
• Sync documents to cloud storage when you explicitly enable it
• Diagnose and fix app crashes and improve stability

We do not sell or share your scanned documents with any third party. Anonymized crash data may be processed by our analytics provider. Cloud-synced documents are stored securely and are never accessed by us without your consent.

• Camera — required for scanning documents
• Storage — required to save scanned PDFs and images to your device
• Internet — required only for optional cloud sync functionality

• •Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — anonymized crash reporting
• •Cloud storage provider — only used when you enable optional sync

Scanned documents remain on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync. Cloud-synced documents are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We do not have access to the content of your scanned files.

• •You can disable cloud sync at any time from within the app settings.
• •You can delete all cloud-stored documents from within the app.

This app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date on this page.
